gut health?
What I’ve Been Learning Lately
Lately, I’ve been diving deeper into gut health and the powerful role food plays in supporting the body. I’ve been learning more about how eating whole, diverse foods can help the gut microbiome thrive and support wellness on a deeper level.
I’ve also been focusing on ways to nourish the body naturally—things like hydrating through water-rich foods, minimizing seed oils and refined sugars, and using mineral-rich ingredients like Celtic salt. Small shifts toward more natural, whole ingredients can support the body even down to the cellular level.
My goal with my meal prep is to bring these ideas into the kitchen—creating meals that are as natural, vibrant, and diverse as possible while still being delicious and satisfying

As a chef with experience in multiple areas of the culinary industry, I bring a deeper understanding of food, technique, and flavor to every meal I prepare. While many know me for my love of baking, I’ve always been just as passionate about eating well and understanding how food supports the body.
My meal prep philosophy is simple: focus on whole foods, minimize unnecessary additives, and create meals that nourish without making people feel restricted. I believe healthy eating should feel abundant, not limiting.
